1. Male candidate.
2. A baptized member of any Lotha Baptist Church.
3. Graduate (Regular) of any stream from a recognized university.
Desirable Additional Qualifications :
1. Diploma in Secretarial Course.
2. Knowledge of general office procedures and book-keeping.
Other Skills:
1. Fluency in Lotha and English (speaking and writing).
2. Fluency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet DTP, Power Point, etc.
3. Reasonably good typing speed/shorthand.
Age Limit : 28-35 years
Salary : Total emoluments of monthly salary as per 2013 Pay Revision : Rs.24,000/- + (A New Pay Scale to come into effect from January 2020.)
