APPSC Vacancy 2019 (Sept),  Recruitment of Principal under Dept. of Skill Development  - Full Details


 Post Name : Principal  

Total no of Posts : 01 ( Post is reserved for APST candidates)

Eligibility Criteria : Candidate must have Degree in Engineering/Technology from recognized University/Institute with at least 3 years experience in workshop/factory or 10+2+3 years diploma in engineering with minimum 8 years experience in workshop/factory or teaching experience in a recognized technical institution with 55% marks in aggregate. APST candidates should have equivalent qualification with 2 years'experience.


Pay Scale : Pay Matrix Level - 7, Rs 44,900-14,2400

Age Limit :  Candidates should not be less 18 years age a~d more than 32 years of age as on 18.10.2019. However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for APST and another 5 years for Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees.


Selection Procedure for Principal Job under Arunachal Pradesh PSC recruitment 2019 (September)


Eligible candidates will have to appear in written examination in the following subjects followed by viva-voce test to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.

The candidates who secure a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination paper and 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for viva-voce test. 

On the other hand, it will further mean that selection for viva-voce test shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured in the written examination papers and subject to ratio 1:3. The candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of written examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the viva-voce test.

NOTE: The Commission will conduct Recruitment Test (Objective type) before the written examination if it is deemed necessary to do so.

iv) Degree or Diploma Certificate with Marksheet issued by the Assistant Registrar/ Registrar / Controller of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned. University to ascertain educational qualification. 

v) Workshop/Factory/Teaching Experience Certificate. 

vi) APST Certificate. 

vii) Any other documents as may be relevant. 

viii) Intimation letter to HoD for those who are in regular Govt. Service.
