AAU Job Vacancy 2022 (Nov) - Full Details
1. Post Name : Technical Officer (Co-terminus)
Pay Scale : Rs. 57,700/- p.m
Eligibility criteria : Candidate must fulfill the following educational qualification and criteria.
Essential : Applicant must have done Post Graduation in Agro-meteorology/ Meteorology/ Agronomy/ Agricultural Physics with knowledge e in Commuter Application.
Desirable : Experience in Agro-met Advisory Services, Crop Weather Modeling, Data Analysis and related areas.
2. Post Name : Junior Administrative Assistant (Co-terminus)
Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 49, 000/- + GP: 8,700/- p.m
Eligibility criteria : Candidate must fulfill the following educational qualification and criteria.
Essential : Applicant must have Bachelor Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce of a Govt. recognized University.
Desirable : Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application.
3. Post Name : Laboratory Assistant Gr-III (Co-terminus)
Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 49, 000/- + GP: 8,700/- p.m
Eligibility criteria : Candidate must fulfill the following educational qualification and criteria.
Essential : Applicant must have Bachelor Degree in Science of a Govt. recognized University.
4. Post Name : Field Assistant Gr-III (Co-terminus)
Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 49, 000/- + GP: 8,700/- p.m
Eligibility criteria : Candidate must fulfill the following educational qualification and criteria.
Essential : Applicant must have Graduate in any discipline of a Govt. recognized University.
Desirable : Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application.
5. Post Name : Tractor Driver (Co-terminus)
Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 49, 000/- + GP: 5,200/- p.m
Eligibility criteria : Candidate must fulfill the following educational qualification and criteria.
Essential : Applicant must be HSLC or its equivalent Examination pass. Applicant should possess :
i) Valid Tractor driving License.
ii) NE Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute (FMTTI) certificate of training
iii) Five years working experience in R & D organizations.

How to apply for Assam Agricultural University Recruitment 2022 (November) - Technical Officer, Assistant and Driver Posts
Interested and eligible candidate may apply online. Application in prescribed form is to be submitted online at http://www.aau.ac.in/co-terminous-recruitment on or before 4:00 p.m. of 20th December, 2022.
Application Fee:
UR, OBC/ MOBC & EWS : Rs 500/-
SC, ST & PWD : Rs 250/-
UR, OBC/ MOBC & EWS : Rs 500/-

Applicants who have submitted the application form successfully but could not paid the requisite fee due to any unspecified reason within date and time mentioned above, will be allowed to complete the pending fee payment with in 4:00 pm of 23rd December, 2022.
Note :
i) Candidates must submit a copy of the permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) issued by the Govt of Assam along with the application form.
ii) In-service candidates shall have to submit an NOC from their respective Department/Organization.
Mode of Selection for AAU Recruitment 2022 (Nov)
i. For the post of Technical Officer the eligible candidates shall have to appear in a walk in interview.
ii. The eligible candidates for the posts of Jr. Administrative Assistant, Laboratory Assistant-III and Field Assistant-III shall have to appear in a written examination.
iii. The eligible candidates for the post of Tractor Driver shall have to Appear in driving skill test. Details will be notified later.
