Remuneration : Rs.10,967/- per month
Age Limit : 18-28 years
Educational & other qualifications : Candidates must have done Matriculation or equivalent degree from recognized boards.
Preference shall be given to following candidates: -
i) Ex-Servicemen.
ii) Those who possess NCC ‘C’ certificate.
ii) Those who possess NCC ‘C’ certificate.
iii) Those who had successfully completed security guard training from recognized training institute.

The candidates are required to bring filled-up application form in neat & clean handwriting during the day of interview enclosing one photocopy of self-attested educational certificates, birth certificate, Aadhaar card, caste certificate, covid-19, 2nd dose vaccination certificate.
2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs need to be submitted of which one copy should be pasted in the right corner at the top of the application form.
The candidates must have to enclosed Demand Draft amounting to Rs.200/- (rupees two hundred) only being an application fee in favour of the Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University payable at Bank of Baroda, A.U. Branch. However, an application fee paid through challan available in the Finance Branch shall also be accepted.
Mode of Selection and other terms :
i) Candidates applying for the post of Security Guard shall have to first appear in Physical test comprising of 400 meter race, high-jump, long jump, push-up etc., in General Ground of the University from 10.30 a.m. onwards upto 2.00 p.m. on 23rd November 2022, followed by personal interaction and verification of original documents.
ii) The results of the selected candidates for appointment shall be displayed in the University website (www.rgu.ac.in) and University notice board. Important Note :
iii) An application without application fee shall be summarily rejected.
iv) Candidates must register themselves for allotment of roll number in between 9.30 a.m to 10.30 a.m. during the day of interview. After 10.30 a.m. onwards no registration shall be done in any case.
v) The date for determining age shall be the date of interview.
vi) Incomplete application (s) form shall be summarily rejected.
vii) Training certificate must have specific tenures of course. Certificate without specific tenures of the course shall not be entertained in any case.
