Salary : Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,15,000/-
Age : Maximum age limit is 68 years as on 30.09.2022.
Duration of service : 1 year from the date of joining.
Reservation : As per State Government rules.
Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must fulfil the following criteria and educational qualification.
Essential criteria:
a) Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized University.
b) Master's degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale where grading system is followed) in the relevant subject. A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) marks at Master's degree level for the SC/ST and differently abled category candidates.
c) Doctoral degree in the relevant subject. A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) marks to the Ph.D. degree holders at Master's degree level who have passed their Master's degree prior to 19°' September, 1991.
d) At least 10 years experience in teaching / research/ extension education in the Agricultural University with at least 5 years experience as Associate Professor.
e) Evidence of contribution in research/ teaching/ extension education as supported by published work/ innovations.
Desirable criteria:
a) Experience of teaching and guiding Post-graduate students.
The filled applications along with API score sheet as per Table- 2 (Methodology for University and College Teachers for calculating Academic/Research Score) (as per latest UGC Guidelines, 2018) and all other relevant documents (regarding qualification/ experience/citizenship/PRC and age proof certificate) should be produced in original and self attested photocopy at the time of interview.
Experience Certificates, wherever necessary. shall have to be issued by the competent authority of the Department / institutions/ faculty etc. as the case may be.

Selection Process for Animal Resources Development Department Tripura Recruitment 2022 - Professor Vacancy
The Selection will be made on the basis of merits of the candidates, based on the following parameters viz;
a) Academic Performance Index (API) of the candidate (85% Marks).
b) Personal Interview test of the candidates (15% Marks)
The Merit list will be made according to the merit on the basis of marks obtained after totaling marks scored in API & marks obtained in personal interview by a candidate.
In the recommendation list, merit position of the candidates securing equal marks will be finalized as per their seniority of age and in case of candidates securing equal marks in aggregate and also of the same age will be decided on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the minimum educational qualification prescribed. The same procedure is to be followed for preparing waiting list of candidates, if there be any.
The decision of the Recruitment Board shall be considered final in making the merit list of the candidates, based on the criteria of selection.
Terms and conditions for ARDD Tripura Job 2022 (Dec) :
a) The appointment will be purely on contractual basis for a period of one year.
b) At least one month prior notice should have been submitted for discontinuation of service from both sides.
c) No other facilities except remuneration will be entertained.
d) No TA/DA would be provided for attending interview.
