Salary : Revised Pay of Rs. 37,400/- 67,000/-(Pre Revised) Academic Grade Pay Rs.9,000/-, Special allowances: Rs.10,000/- pm, Other allowances, as admissible (Revised), Academic level: 13A of UGC, Entry Pay Rs 1,31,400/- with proposal of 03(three) additional increment. i.e. with Entry Pay Rs. 1,43,600/- only.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.

Post- doctoral qualification DM /M.Ch/DNB equated to DM /M.Ch-(for disciplines under the super Specialties group as per Teachers Eligibility Qualifications (TEQ) Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 of NMC in the concerned subject and as amended by NMC from time to time.

Teaching and Research Experience : 

In accordance with the TEQ Regulation of NMC,2022 adopted for the Institutes of Super Specialty during transition period. 

• Assistant Professor for two years in the concerned subject from a permitted/ recognized medical college/ institution.
  
  
• Special training for three years in the respective Super Specialty subject in a teaching Institution / Centre of Excellence with dedicated service in that specialty.
  
  
• Should have at least Two Research publications ( at least two as Asstt. Professor)(only original papers, meta-analysis, systematic reviews and case series that are published in journals included in medline, Pubmed, Central Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index, Expanded Embase, Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DoAJ)will be considered). 
  
  
• Should have completed the NMC recognized basic course in Medical Education Technology.
•  Should have completed the basic course in Biomedical Research from Institutions designated by NMC. And as amended by NMC from time to time.

Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) would be required while applying for jobs by direct recruitment as per Notification of GA (P&T) No.F.23(8)- GA(P&T)/2023 dated 07/07/23.

Desirable: Knowledge in Bengali or Kok-borok.

Age Limit :  Upper Age limit is 50 years as on 18/07 /2024. Relaxable by 5 years in case of SC,ST,PH/PWD candidates and Government servants candidates as per TME(Administrative & Faculty) Service Regulation Rules, 2015 However, the SC/ST/Govt. Servant will not get the further relaxation of 5 years over and above relaxation of 5 years which they are already entitled to get as SC/ST candidates.

Interested and eligible candidates need to submit application through Online Application Portal only. The Commission will not entertain any hard copy application.

Online Application Portal will be available on Tripura Public Service Commission’s website viz : http://www.tpsc.tripura.gov.in/ from 18/06/2024 to 18/07/2024 (5.30 PM). The application form link can be obtained from important link section below.

Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio- data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website viz. tpsc.tripura.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through the Commission’s website.

Candidates are required to submit self attested copy of certificates in support of their claims regarding Age, Educational Qualifications Madhyamik on words ( all marksheet and certificates), Attempt Certificate of MBBS, PG and Super Specialist , Registration Certificate from the appropriate authority, Permanent Resident Certificate/Citizenship Certificate, Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, Experience Certificates, API score (as per Annexure A ) and as per supporting API Score sheet, if mentioned in the application in the receipt section of the TPSC . 

Submission of such documents will be allowed up to 07(seven) working days of closing date of receipt of Online application i.e. within 26.07.2024 along with printed copy of Online Application falling which candidature will be treated as cancelled.

Application Fee :

Group-A Posts:- Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 350/-(Rupees three Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates. Recruitment fee so deposited, is non-refundable.
