IIIT Manipur Job Vacancy 2024 (June) - Full Details

Post Name :  Assistant Professor

Department or Subject wise vacancies : 

• Electronics & Communication Engineering : 02
• Computer Science & Engineering : 02

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.

Essential Educational Qualification: 

i) Ph.D. in appropriate discipline. First Class in both UG and PG degree or with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale in both UG and PG degrees.

ii) UG and PG degrees shall be in Engineering streams in relevant discipline of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) incase of ECE Post applicants and 

UG and PG degrees shall be in Engineering streams in relevant discipline of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) incase of CSE Post applicants.

Note : Candidates who have completed defense for the Ph.D. before closing date for the receipt of the Application Forms will have to attach the Certificate / Notification mentioning that Candidate is declared eligible for award of Ph.D. Degree.

Desirable Experience: Minimum one year will be preferred in Teaching / Research / Industry. Desirable Requirement: Candidates having Ph.D. from CFTIs like IITs, NITs, IIITs, INIs etc will be preferred. The persons with higher qualifications & good academic record shall be given preference.

Salary / Pay : A monthly consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 75,000/- per month.
