1) Post Name : Project Manager – Marketing (PM-NFM)
No of Posts : 01
Salary : Rs. 46,800/ per month
Place of Posting : State Mission Management Unit (SMMU)
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or Communications from a reputed University/ Institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Experience in strategic planning, and online/ offline campaign development.
- Demonstrated success in managing affiliate marketing-related activities.
- Proficiency in digital channels like social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Desirable :
- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics or other emphasizing digital marketing.
Age Limit: Within 35 years of age.
2) Post Name : Project Manager – Environment (PM-FE)

Essential Qualification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resource Management, Ecology, or a related field from a reputed University/ Institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in climate control, Environmental Management, or related fields.
- Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of environmental projects.
Desirable :
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and foster partnerships with Governmental Agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions.
- Proficiency in preparing project documentation, including environmental impact assessments, permits, and compliance reports.

3) Post Name : Project Manager-Partnership & Convergence (PM-FPC)

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field from a reputed University/ Institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Agricultural Development, Rural Development, or related fields.
- Experience in establishing and managing partnerships and collaborations between government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating projects or programs related to agriculture, rural development, or food security
Desirable :
- Ability to facilitate dialogue and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, including farmers, government officials, NGOs, and private sector partners.
- Knowledge of participatory approaches and Methodologies for community engagement and empowerment.

4) Post Name : State MIS Coordinator-Livelihoods Promotion

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Essential Qualification:
- a. Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from a reputed University/Institution. b. Minimum 3 years of working experience in MIS Management, Data Analysis & Reporting,. OR
a. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed University/Institution. b. Minimum 4 years experience in MIS Management, Data Analysis & Reporting. - Proficiency in MIS software systems and tools, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
- Computer Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, etc.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting & Support.
Desirable :
- Application Programming- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications with practical knowledge.
- Experience in the Development and maintenance of websites and web-based applications.
- Data Analysis- Knowledge of assessing and evaluating MIS Data.
