SSTRB Gangtok Job Vacancy 2024 (June) - Full Details
1) Post Name : Special Educator (Upper Primary Level)
No of Posts : 23
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
i) Applicant should have completed Class XII with two years Diploma in Special Education from recognized University
ii) Must have a valid Registration Certificate of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
ii) Must have a valid Registration Certificate of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Age Limit: Candidates should not have exceeded 40 years of age as on 31st May, 2024
2) Post Name : Special Educator (Secondary & Senior Secondary Level)
No of Posts : 11
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
i) Applicant should be a Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) from recognized University.
Or
B.Ed. (General) with Post Graduate Diploma (PGPD) in Special Education and Valid Registration Certificate of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
ii) Must have a Valid Registration Certificate of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Age Limit: Candidates should not have exceeded 40 years of age as on 31st May, 2024.

Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application in the prescribed form available in the SSTRB Office, Upper Syari, Gangtok after submitting a Bank Receipt of Rs. 200 /- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) payable in the State Bank of Sikkim under the Revenue Head 0202-102-03-Edn
Date of issue and submission of Application Form along with the following documents starts from 12.06.2024 (Wednesday) during working days from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM till 29.06.2024 (Saturday).
Documents Required :
- Self-attested copy of Mark Sheets & Certificates
Upper Primary Level Class : X, XII, Two Years Diploma in Special Education and valid Registration Certificate Council of India (RCI).
Secondary & Senior Secondary level : Class X, XII, Graduation Degree, B.Ed. (Speical Education)/ B.Ed. (General) with Post Graduate Diploma (PGPD) in Special Education and Valid Registration Certificate of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). - Copy of Sikkim Subject/Certificate of Identification attested by the Competent Authority.
- Self attested copy of latest updated Local Employment Card.
- Marital Status Certificate (for female candidates) issued by the Competent Authority.
- Two passport size photographs.
Syllabus for the Walk-in-Interview : Content Knowledge in Inclusive Education, Teaching Methodology, knowledge about Disability, Sikkim Establishment Rule, Service Rule, General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
