Important Note
Candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the final year/semester examination of the
qualifying degree are also eligible to apply. However, their candidature will finally be accepted
on production of proof of having passed the qualifying examination in original on or before the
date of interview fixed by the Commission failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the
Interview or Viva-Voce.
Age Limit : ONE TIME RELAXATION on upper age limit for General Category candidates, born on or after 0l/01/1989 and the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) candidates born on or after 0l/01/1984 will be applied in accordance with the Department of Administrative Reforms, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. Age concession in respect of candidates belonging to PWBD Category and regular Government servant of Government of Arunachal Pradesh will be as per Govt. rules and regulation in force from time to time.
Application Fee : Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only for APST candidate and Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for other candidate through online mode only. PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

The eligible candidate will have to appear in written mains examination notified by Department of Administrative Reforms, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in thc following subjects followed by Viva-Voce to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission:

How to apply for APPSC AE Recruitment 2025 (May) - 166 Posts
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online mode only. Before filling the online Application Form for the post advertised, a candidate must mandatorily register for ONE TIME REGISTRATION (OTR).
Those who have already registered in OTR need not register again and they can directly login to fill up online form having the same user ID and password.
Candidates are required to apply online on htps://appsc.gov.in or from the important link section below.
Detailed instructions for One Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the APPSC website.
The online application submission link shall be active from 1700 hours on 15.05.2025 till last date of submission i.e before 1700 hours on 08.06.2025 on the APPSC website.
The Candidates should carefully fill the requisite details in the online application for APPSCCE (Preliminary). Any information found to be wrong at any stage of examinations may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Scanned DOCUMENTS and INFORMATION to be uploaded online :
a) Signature of the candidate on white paper with black ink pen (40-50 kb in jpg format).
b) Latest / Recent color passport size photo (40-100 kb in jpg format). The photograph is to be in white background, front faced and without headgear and sunglasses.
c) Self-Attested photocopy of Degree certificates and Mark Sheets issued by the Assistant Registrar / Controller of Examination/Vice-Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain degree.
d) Self-Attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate issued by recognized Board only will be accepted for proof of age. No other documents relating lo age, like horoscope, affidavits, birth extract from municipal corporation, registrar of economics and statistics and service records shall be accepted.
e) Self-Attested Photocopy of APST certificate (to avail reservation under APST reservation category) and copy of PRC/Aadhar Card in case of General candidates.
f) Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates should submit disability certificate issued by the certifying authority as per Section 57 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act. 2016, failing which, such candidates will be treated as normal candidate and shall not be entitled for any concession. ln the Medical Board, the Specialist of the particular disabilities, for which certificate is sought, must be a member. Otherwise, the Disability Certificate will not be accepted.
g) Person with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) in the category of Blindness, Locomotor Disability (Both arms affected - BA) and Cerebral Palsy will be allowed compensatory time of twenty minutes per hour of thc examination on submission of Appendix-I. In case of other categories of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, this facility will be provided on production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution in Appendix-I. Format of Appendix-I is available for download ir the APPSC website.
Date of Examination :
In case the number of applicants is more than the desired ratio, Recruitment Test will be conducted on 27th July, 2025 (Sunday).
The Written Examination (Mains) for the Arunachal Engineering Service Examination-2025 has been tentatively scheduled on 6th and 7th September, 2025 (irrespective of whether Recruitment Test is conducted or not)
