1) Advertisement for Walk-in-interview for Assistant Professor contractual Posts in various disciplines for College of Food Technology, Lamphelpat, Imphal

The following posts of Assistant Professors on contractual basis (for 5 months) are required for the College of Food Technology, CAU, Lamphelpat, Imphal. Eligible candidates interested to serve may appear for a walk-in interview before the selection committee at College of Food Technology, Lamphelpat, Imphal on given date and time for respective position. The emoluments shall be Rs.54,000/- per month plus HRA (for Doctoral Degree holders) and Rs.48,000/- per month plus HRA (Master's Degree holder with NET clearance).

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The candidates should have Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject or Master's degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks and evidence of having cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by ICAR, ASRB, UCG-CSRI and NET shall not require in disciplines for which NET is not conducted. 

2. Preferences will be given to candidates with teaching experience of minimum 05 (five) years in the relevant subject particularly in a reputed Food Science and Technology college/institute. 

3. The positions are purely temporary, co-terminus/contractual service (for a period of 5 months). 

4. Selected candidate will not be entitled for any calling for regular service/absorption in this College or in CAU in future.

5. The maximum age limit shall be 65 years. 

6. The candidates should bring application and biodata in plain paper along with 2 photographs, original certificates regarding qualification, experience, attested photo copies of the certificates and NOC from the last employer (if already employed) as per the format enclosed.

2) Advertisement for Walk-in-interview for the post of Consultant (FPO) for Directorate of Extension Education, CAU Imphal

Applications are invited for filling up the post of Consultant FPO under the Central Sector Scheme entitled "Formation and Promotion of 10,000 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)", financed by Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India. The eligible candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview before the selection committee at Directorate of Extension Education, CAU, Lamphelpat, Imphal, Manipur-795004. Remuneration	Consolidated Rs. 60,000/- per month
Age Limit	Upper age limit: 62 years as on the date of application
