Prisons Department Nagaland Job Vacancy 2025 (May) - Full Details
1) Post Name : Male Warder
No. of Posts : 30
Pay Matrix Level : Level-3
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Applicant must be Class-VIII Passed from NBSE or Equivalent Qualification from other Board of School Education in India.
Age Limit : Age of the applicant as on the date of issue of the advertisement, shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 38 years.
2) Post Name : Female Warder
No. of Posts : 04
Pay Matrix Level : Level-3
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Applicant must be Class-VIII Passed from NBSE or Equivalent Qualification from other Board of School Education in India.
Age Limit : Age of the applicant as on the date of issue of the advertisement, shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 38 years.
3) Post Name : Driver Grade-II (Male only)
No. of Posts : 02
Pay Matrix Level : Level-3
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Applicant must be Class-VIII Passed from NBSE or Equivalent Qualification from other Board of School Education in India.
Age Limit : Age of the applicant as on the date of issue of the advertisement, shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 37 years.
Note : Serving Government employees applying for the advertised post should submit ‘No Objection
Certificate’ issued by the concerned Head of Department along with Filled-in Application Form.
(iv) Reservation of seats for backward tribe will be followed as per the existing Government
Notifications Dated the 14th April, 2011 and the 15th June, 2012.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply with Application Form which can be downloaded from the Nagaland Prisons Department’s website prisons.nagaland.gov.in with effect from the 23rd May, 2025. The Filled-in Application Form attached with the complete self attested photocopies of the documents can be submitted on payment of ₹300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only as registration fees at the Directorate of Prisons, Nagaland, Kohima.
Last date for submission of application form is 9th of June 2025
