1) Post Name : Mission & Training Coordinator
No. of Posts : 01
Salary : ₹50,000/- (₹45,000/- fixed, addl. incentive upto ₹5000/- based on KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience : Masters in Social Work.
Experience: Minimum 3 years or more experience in community outreach & engagement. Priority will be given to those candidates with experience in project management.
Skills: Strong communication skills, networking skills, writing skills and ability to manage teams.
2) Post Name : Mobiliser / IEC Associate
No. of Posts : 01
Salary : ₹50,000/- (₹45,000/- fixed, addl. incentive upto ₹5000/- based on KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience : Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Social Work, Public Relations.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in community outreach, mobilization, or awareness campaigns.
Skills: Strong communication, content writing, digital skills, empathy for the community, and inclusive outreach abilities.
3) Post Name : Convergence & Credit Associate

Salary : ₹50,000/- (₹45,000/- fixed, addl. incentive upto ₹5000/- based on KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience : Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience: 3 years in banking, financial linkage programs, or government scheme convergence.
Skills: Understanding of credit systems, documentation, coordination with stakeholders.
4) Post Name : Entrepreneurship Development Counsellor

Salary : ₹50,000/- (₹45,000/- fixed, addl. incentive upto ₹5000/- based on KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience : BBA/MBA (preferably in Entrepreneurship) / Postgraduate in Development Studies, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 2–3 years in entrepreneurship promotion, startup incubation, or training.
Skills: Business planning, high communication skills, mentoring, digital literacy.
5) Post Name : Monitoring, Evaluation, Placement & Grievance Redressal Associate

Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience : Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, or Development Studies.
Experience: 2–3 years in M&E, data analysis, MIS systems, grievance redressal preferably in the development/skill sector.
Skills: Data management, report writing, problem-solving, familiarity with digital tracking tools.
Age limit: minimum 25 years & upper age limit of 55 years

Interested and eligible candidates need to email their CV along with their eligibility criteria to nsedm.gon@gmail.com latest by 31.07.2025, 2:00PM. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview at IDAN, NSEDM PMU office, Kohima for which the date and time will be intimated by the office.
Application will be accepted online through NSEDM email nsedm.gon@gmail.com duly attached in PDF format with all enclosures. No application will be entertained after the expiry of the last date of submission.
Candidates must specify the name of position they are applying for and submit all relevant documents including Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate along with the application / CV & contact details. All documents must be duly self-attested.
Applicants currently employed in other organizations / agencies / company must submit “No Objection Certificate” duly signed by the Head of the Organization / Agency / Company, with seal, along with date of Appointment / engagement.
