ASDMA Job Vacancy 2025 (June) - Full Details
1) Post Name : Information Assistant for State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC)
No of Posts : 01
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification :
Essential Qualification:
1. Higher Secondary passed or equivalent from a recognized Board or Educational Institution.
2. Necessary skills in Computer Application (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, lnternet Surfing, etc.).
3. Fluency in spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.
4. At least 2 (two) years' experience in the relevant field.
5. Age of the applicant should not be below 21 years and above 43 years as on 01.01.2025
Duty Station: Assam State Disaster Management Authority, Janata Bhawan, Dispur-6
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 17,092/- (approx.)
2) Post Name : ERSS Supervisor

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification :
Essential Qualification:
Qualification : Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institution / University
Computer ad Communication Skills :
- Proficiency in the use of internet based applications, MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
- Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Assamese.
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in a government setting.
- Work experience in E-Governance projects, call center, telephonic help line, will be preferred.
Age Limit: Should not be below 21 years and above 43 years as on 01.01.2025
Monthly Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 21,000/- (Inclusive of all taxes, etc.)
Selection Process : Skill Test as decided by the Authority
Contract Period : Initially for one (1) year which can be extended up to 03 years.
3) Post Name : ERSS Operator
No of Posts : 01
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.

Essential Qualification:
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institution/University.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.

Essential Qualification:
Qualification : Candidate must have passed PU/HSSLC or equivalent examination from a recognized University or Board/ Council.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 (Two) years working experience in relevant field.
Computer Knowledge : Should have computer skills, specially MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/use of Internet. Candidate should have one-year certificate in computer application from Govt. recognized Institute.
Language Proficiency: Should have good reading and writing skills in English.
Typing Speed : Minimum typing speed of 40 (Forty) words per minute in English
Age Limit: Should not be below 21 years and above 43 years as on 01.01.2025
Monthly Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 17,092/- (Inclusive of all taxes, etc.)
Duty Station: The Data Entry Operator will perform their duty under the direct supervision of the CEO, ASDMA.
How to apply for ASDMA Recruitment 2025 (June) - 04 Posts
Interested and eligible applicants may attend the skill test and viva-voce interview as per the details mentioned below.
All candidates will have to report at the exam venue before 10:00 AM and reporting later will lead to disqualification. No digital devices mobile phones etc. will be allowed inside examination Hall.
The Computer skill test (MS Office) and Viva Voce / Interview
(Total marks - 100) will be conducted on 16-06-2025 (Monday)
from 10:30 AM at the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Rajahnagar, Dakhingaon (Kahilipara), Guwahati-40
