Health and Family Welfare Department Job Vacancy 2025 (June) - Full Details

Post Name : Nursing Officer 

No. of Posts: 100

Category wise vacancies : SC-17, ST-31, UR-52. Out of these 100 vacancies 2 posts [ST-1 & UR-1] reserved for Ex-servicemen; and 35 posts [SC-6, ST-11 & UR-18] are reserved for women; and 4 posts are reserved for PwDs.

Salary : Remuneration for contractual engagement is ₹ 34,700/- per head per month.

Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following eligibility criteria and educational qualification.

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) OR B.Sc. Nursing OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. 
  
  
• Having registration under Tripura Nursing Council as Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife (RNRM).

Desirable : Knowledge in Bengali or Kok-borok.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on the date of issue of this Notification are eligible for apply. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC/PwD candidates.

Note :  To apply for the aforementioned post, the applicant must be permanently residing in the State of Tripura. The candidates, who are having PRTC, Certificate of Registration of Tripura Nursing Council (RNRM), Employment Exchange Card and requisite qualification as mentioned above, are eligible to apply for engagement.

Selection Procedure for HFWD Tripura Nursing Officer Recruitment 2025 (June)

Selection of candidate will be made on the criteria 50 percent from API and 50 percent from interview/viva voce. Top API scored candidates, in the ratio of 1:3 (i.e. three candidates for one vacancy) will call for interview/viva voce.
