Teachers Recruitment Board Tripura (TRBT) Job Vacancy 2025 (Aug) - Full Details
Post Name : Pre-Primary Teacher
No. of Posts: 352 [UR: 183, SC: 60 & ST: 109]
Salary : Rs. 16,050/- (revised) fixed per month, being 75% of basic pay (Level-7) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018.
Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must fulfill the following eligibility criteria and educational qualification.
Essential Minimum Qualification :
i) Senior Secondary (Class-XII or its equivalent) from a recognized Board with at least 50% marks.
Or
Senior Secondary (Class-XII or its equivalent) from a recognized Board with at least 45% marks in accordance with National Council for Teacher Education (form of application for recognition, the time limit of submission of application, determination of norms and standards for recognition of Teacher Education Programmes and permission to start new course or training) Regulations, 2002 notified on 13.11.2002.
And
ii) Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) of duration not less than 2 (two) years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution.
iii) Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) would be required while applying for the post by direct recruitment.
NB: Relaxation upto 5% in the qualifying marks will be allowed to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years as on 08.08.2025. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government Servants, provided that government employees belonging to SC/ST/PH category will not get relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 years available to them. Upper age limit is also relaxable for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) as per norms.
Examination Fee: ₹300/- for Unreserved category and ₹200/- for SC/ST/PH category. Bank service charges may apply. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded. The fee must be paid through a system-generated challan within the scheduled dates.
Selection Procedure for TRB Tripura Pre-Primary Teachers Recruitment 2025 (Aug)
The selection will be done on the basis of Mark obtained in "Selection Test for Pre-Primary Teacher (STPPT) - 2025" subject to scrutiny of certificates/documents/ Marksheets and correctness of information given by the candidates in the online application form. Minimum 50% marks (75 out or 150) is to be obtained in the test with 5% relaxation (68 out or 150) for SC/ST/PH candidates. Depending upon the number of vacant posts, candidates will be recommended for recruitment as per merit. Thus all candidates obtained minimum mark (75 or 68, as applicable) or more may not be recommended for recruitment as recommendation depends on vacancy. Securing minimum mark (75 or 68, as applicable) does not confer any right to any candidate for recruitment.
