1) Post Name: Senior Data Analyst

Location : Shillong

Eligibility Criteria: 

Educational Qualification: 

Post Graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Post Graduate in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.

Salary : Negotiable

Age Limit: Upto 45 years

Essential Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 05 years’ experience in IT/MIS and data.

• Expert in JavaScript and Python programming languages.

• Expert in databases (RDBMS and NoSQL).

• Expert in statistics and exploratory data analysis.

• Experience with Monitoring and Evaluation Metrics to implement them across the projects and map them to funding agency requirements.

• Experience with ETL systems and data lakes/warehouses.

• Experience with AWS services.

• Experience working with large datasets.

• Experience working with GIS data and basic understanding of LGD.

• Expert in Data Visualisation and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Past experience working with Government Agencies or International Institutions.

Essential Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience working with vendors to take care of the implementation of the projects from end to end.

• Should be available to work whenever necessary, including holidays.

2) Post Name: Senior Data Analyst

Eligibility Criteria: 

Educational Qualification: 

Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics.

Salary : Rs. 25,800/- (inclusive of all allowances)

Age Limit: Upto 45 years

Essential Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 01-year experience in data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis.

• Handling datasets and preparing analytical reports or dashboards.

• MS Excel, data analysis tools, or database systems.

• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Data management, statistical analysis, or monitoring & reporting systems.

Essential Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Knowledge of database management and data validation techniques.

• Understanding of data confidentiality and data management practices.
